Terms of Service
The rules of the road for repair, rental and on-site services provided by Pro Lift Solutions.
Effective: April 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services we provide — hydraulic cylinder repair, forklift repair and maintenance, forklift rental and related on-site work — throughout the Colorado Front Range. By requesting service, accepting a quote or using our equipment, you agree to these Terms.
Services we provide
We offer hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, reseals, rod polishing and pressure testing; forklift preventive and corrective maintenance; on-site diagnostic and repair visits; and forklift rental with a certified operator where applicable. Specific scope, parts and labor for your job are defined in the written estimate we send you.
Quotes and estimates
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates based on a description alone are preliminary — the final price may change after physical diagnosis or teardown. If additional work is required beyond the estimate, we will pause and request your approval before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless we have agreed to alternate terms in writing. We accept the payment methods disclosed at the time of booking. Late payments may accrue reasonable interest as allowed by Colorado law. Equipment remains the property of the customer; we do not claim a mechanic's lien except as provided by applicable statute.
Warranty
Parts we install are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Labor performed by us is warranted for 30 days against workmanship defects, provided the equipment is used normally and maintained according to our recommendations. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or operation outside rated specifications.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Lift Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or anything that cannot legally be disclaimed.
Rental equipment
Rental forklifts are provided with a qualified operator, fuel, transport, insurance and required PPE unless specified otherwise. The customer is responsible for providing a safe work environment, adequate access and clear instructions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized operators or conditions outside the equipment's rated capacity is the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule scheduled services without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations inside that window, or no-shows, may be subject to a trip charge that covers dispatch and preparation. Emergency after-hours service is billed from the moment we dispatch.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
