Hydraulics isn't a sideline here. The bench, the seal inventory and the training are all built around cylinders.
Full rebuilds, reseals, rod polishing and pressure testing for every cylinder type: tie rod, welded, telescopic, mill-type and servo. Most rebuilds are back in 24-96 hours.

Helver is the founder and lead technician at Pro Lift Solutions. He's the person who diagnoses your equipment, writes the estimate, and usually the voice on the phone. The shop in Lakewood is small on purpose: you deal with the person doing the work, in English or Spanish, with a written quote before anything is touched.
How long does a hydraulic cylinder rebuild take?
Most in-shop rebuilds take 1 to 3 days for tie-rod and standard welded units. Telescopic and large industrial cylinders run 3 to 7 days. You get a real timeline before you sign the estimate. Specialty work like rechrome or proprietary servo seals goes to a partner shop, and we quote that timeline up front.
What does a rebuild cost, roughly?
It depends on cylinder size, seal type and whether the rod needs rechroming. A basic tie-rod reseal starts around $200-400; a full rebuild of a mid-size welded cylinder usually lands between $600 and $1,400. We never start work without a written estimate you've signed.
Do you come on-site or do I bring the equipment in?
Both. On-site diagnostics across the Denver metro for a flat dispatch fee. Full cylinder rebuilds happen in our Lakewood shop, where the pressure-test bench lives, so every unit gets verified at working pressure before it goes back on your machine.
Can I get service in Spanish?
Yes. Helver and the crew work in both languages. The diagnosis, the written estimate and the phone call happen in whichever one you prefer, with no translator in the middle.
