We collect only what we need to quote, schedule and deliver great service — and never sell your information.

This Privacy Policy describes how Pro Lift Solutions ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you visit our website, request a quote, book a service or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. By using our services, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

Through our forms (booking, rental quote, contact) we collect your name, phone number, email address, service location, equipment details and any notes you choose to share. When you call or message us, we retain the phone number, message content and time of contact. We do not collect payment card data on this website — payments are handled in person or through a certified processor.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to quote requests, confirm appointments, dispatch technicians, send service updates, follow up after the job and keep internal records for warranty and accounting. We may also contact you about related services or safety notices relevant to equipment we serviced for you.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (email hosting, messaging platforms, hosting provider) and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may disclose information if required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, team or business.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as needed to honor warranties, comply with tax and legal requirements and maintain historical equipment records that help diagnose future repairs. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below), subject to legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies or delete your records. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses strictly necessary cookies to remember your language preference and keep basic session data. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled email, and limited staff access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
