Pro Lift Solutions
Our services

Integrated solutions for forklifts and heavy equipment.

From routine maintenance to full overhauls — one team, everything covered. We diagnose, quote and repair with no surprises.

Our specialty

Hydraulic cylinders

Reseal, rod polishing, rebuild and full pressure testing of tie-rod, welded, telescopic and mill-type cylinders — the core of every piece of heavy equipment. This is our specialty, done in-house on our own pressure-test bench. Most rebuilds turn around in 24-96 hours depending on type. Every unit ships back with a test report so you know it was actually verified, not just reassembled.

    Preventive maintenance

Scheduled checkups built around how hard your equipment actually runs — not a generic OEM interval. We look at fluid condition, hose wear, seal integrity, mast play and brake function on a cadence we set with you. Catching a tired hose during PM is the difference between a $40 part and a four-hour breakdown. Every visit ends with a written report so you can plan budget instead of reacting to surprises.

  • 03

    Corrective maintenance

Something broke and you need a real diagnosis, not parts roulette. We isolate the root cause — hydraulic, electrical, drivetrain or operator-induced — and send a written estimate before any chargeable work. The diagnostic fee credits to the repair if you proceed. Turnaround is honest: hours for in-field fixes, days for in-shop rebuilds, and we tell you which one applies before you sign.

    Oil and fluid service

Engine, hydraulic, transmission and gearcase fluids changed with the right filters and OEM-grade lubricants for your machine — not whatever happens to be in the truck. We pull a sample on every change so you can see what's wearing inside before it fails, and we dispose of used fluids through a licensed facility so your shop stays out of compliance trouble.

    Engine repair

Tune-ups, fuel system service, ignition, cooling and exhaust on gas, diesel and propane forklifts. We diagnose with manufacturer-grade scan tools so the repair lands on the actual fault instead of a parts-cannon guess. When a rebuild is the right call we source long-blocks at competitive prices and document the swap fully. Most engine work turns around in 5-10 business days depending on parts.

  • 06

    Transmission

Service, rebuild and replacement of powershift, hydrostatic and manual transmissions on forklifts and heavy equipment. We start with a road-test and pressure check to confirm whether you need a service, a clutch pack rebuild or a full swap — three very different price points. Shifting under load is a safety issue; we treat it that way and document the fix.

  • 07

    Brakes and steering

Wet brakes, drum brakes, hydraulic lines, parking brake systems and steer cylinders. Safety-first inspection paperwork comes with every brake job so your OSHA file stays current. If the steering is wandering or the brakes are spongy, that's not a tomorrow problem — call and we'll have a tech on it the same day where possible.
